• Advising the real estate division of Babcock & Brown on land acquisition and development of a 1,000,000 m2 “new town” project in northern Bucharest;
• Sale of the group of companies Lactate Harghita (a dairy and cheese producer) to SigmaBleyzer investment fund;
• Acquisition of the real estate developer Kronvest from Versopa S.A., Luxemburg;
• Assisting a private group of investors in the acquisition of Heineken’s mineral water bottling and distribution division;
• ICCO’s acquisition of Rocab, a Romanian public company specialized in machine and tools production;
• Advising the shareholders of Covalact (a leading dairy producer) in the sale of the company to SigmaBleyzer;
• Sale of a Romanian company specialized in the bottling and distribution of mineral waters to a Russian investment fund.
