Mircea Jinga Partner

Mircea has been the managing partner of Jinga & Asociatii since the law firm was established in 2005. Mircea manages the firm’s practice in M&A as well as in real estate, and is also involved in taxation and finance projects. His legal expertise includes wide experience of team-leading practice in highly complex projects.

Liviu Gheorghe Partner

Liviu Gheorghe is a partner in the Jinga & Asociatii team and his legal expertise has been a key asset in many of the firm’s major projects. Liviu specializes in litigation and FDI, fields in which he has been active as a project-leader.

Ariana Pantea Partner

Ariana joined Jinga & Asociatii in 2006. She is an expert on labour law issues and has provided legal assistance in this field to both multinational companies and Romanian employers, dealing with cases of labour disputes, employee transfer and negotiating bargaining agreements. She has also been project leader in several complex real estate transactions.
